Caterpillars are transformable — they turn into beautiful butterflies. This is mother nature’s beauty.
I am reminded of many years ago when I was a caterpillar; shy, introverted and inexperienced of life’s unexpected challenges. I was just a caterpillar waiting for my transformation. I didn’t know at that time that I would change into a magnificent butterfly.
On September 8, 1979 I changed into a butterfly after my twin boys were born prematurely. I was a strong and wise butterfly allowing me to accept adversity allowing me to soar.

My business officially opened on January 1, 2018. It was extremely hard to create a brand, learn social media and find the networking needed to promote and gain recognition. I achieved my goals and I look forward to new adventures in the future.
I am a certified Zentangle teacher and certified as an art practitioner. My brand tag is “heal your heart with art.” I know because it healed my heart. As an art practitioner I was trained to inspire, teach within a nonjudgmental environment and build self confidence with all my students. I love teaching Zentangle Art. It is easy to learn. Currently I am teaching local workshops online at www.Skillshare.com.
My business is dedicated to the legacy of my son who was born prematurely with his twin brother in 1979 and he developed severe brain damage after a brain hemorrhage one week after birth. He lived for twenty-eight years and passed away in December, 2006. I created art through the years while I was caring for him and in 2018 I realized I should share my love of art and my belief of its healing power and Scrapper Jude Designs LLC was born.
